Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jin Kazama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith has chosen Smoke the Fire as his entrance music. Johnny Smith is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazama gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Smith to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Smith wants to control from the top but Kazama keeps moving.
Kazama isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Smith stacks Kazama on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Smith!

Smith shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kazama's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
