Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Henley Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Duke Richard! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris misses with a takedown and Richard connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Harris with a poor takedown and Richard connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Richard shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Harris sprawls well. Harris wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Richard gets slowly back to his feet. Nice takedown defense from Richard. No joy for Harris on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henley Harris. That's going to take a lot out of him. Harris shoots in for a takedown but Richard shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Richard circles away from the clinch attempt.
Harris closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Richard quickly recovers to half guard.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Harris is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Richard reverses the position - he's now on top in Harris's guard. Richard lands a couple of digs. Harris is looking for a triangle but Richard pushes his legs off easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Richard defends it easily. Richard stands up and waves to Harris to follow him. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harris darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Harris prevents Richard from improving his position.

Richard is not content to let Harris control the position. Richard on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Harris trying to control the action but Richard is working from the bottom. That's four minutes gone in the round. Richard looks for a takedown but Harris sprawls well. Richard slaps away a takedown attempt from Harris, before circling back to the center of the mat. Harris shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Richard sprawls well. Richard wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Harris gets slowly back to his feet. Harris stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Harris wants it to stay on the feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Richard scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Henley Harris will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Harris tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Richard wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Richard stands up and we're back to a striking position. Harris shoots and misses and Richard counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Richard is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Richard trying to control but he's not successful this time. Harris tries to lock up and control but Richard gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Richard is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Harris can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harris takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Harris regains half guard. Harris moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Duke Richard has got the better of the ground game so far. Richard wants to stand but Harris has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Harris is looking for a triangle but Richard pushes his legs off easily.
Richard drops back looking for a leg! Harris is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Harris manages to kick Richard off! Richard jumps back into Harris's guard. Richard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Richard is looking to take a break and control but Harris is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are battling for position here. Harris manages to regain full guard. Richard must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Richard trying to control but Harris is working from the bottom. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Harris is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Richard is aware though and is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Duke Richard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Richard gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Harris to score an easy takedown into full guard. Richard manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Harris sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Richard is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Harris is just riding it out for now. Richard eventually gives up the hold. Richard is looking for a kimura here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harris gets full guard. Harris throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Richard thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Harris pushes a forearm under Richard's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Richard is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
