Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Blow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rosen Lyubenov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Blow might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Slippin. Rosen Lyubenov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mike Blow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rosen Lyubenov!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blow shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lyubenov as he avoids it easily.
Lyubenov doesn't manage to clinch there - Blow circles away.
Lyubenov dips to his left and cracks Blow with an uppercut!

and Blow counters with a single leg into guard. Lyubenov didn't expect that.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lyubenov trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Blow drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lyubenov dives on top into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lyubenov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lyubenov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Blow keeping moving, preventing Lyubenov from controlling successfully.
Blow looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Blow working for a triangle but Lyubenov defends it easily.
Lyubenov working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Blow keeping full guard, as Lyubenov tries to pass.
Blow is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Lyubenov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Blow has his feet on Lyubenov's thighs here. He's pushed Lyubenov off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Lyubenov screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
