Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between JB Brubaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zess Mavrokordatos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brubaker comes to the cage accompanied by August Burns Red - Poor Millionaire. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mavrokordatos darts in trying to clinch

and Brubaker counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Zess Mavrokordatos hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Brubaker lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Brubaker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
