Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Witten jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Witten waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Lawler.
Witten tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Lawler slips a straight right by Witten.

Lawler misses with the combination.
Lawler moves out of range of the strikes.
Lawler throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lawler uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Witten.
Witten throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nice cross by Lawler.
Witten showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lawler.
Witten shoots in for a double leg but Lawler sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Witten takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Witten is rocked!
Lawler rushes Witten and presses him up against the cage.
Witten is still on wobbly legs! Can Lawler finish him?
Lawler looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Lawler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Witten shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lawler as he jumps to the side.
Some wild striking there from Lawler.
Lawler tries to bum rush Witten with a series of wild strikes but Witten uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Witten seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lawler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Witten.
Witten looks to land a right hand but Lawler moved out of range.
Witten should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
A right-left combo lands from Lawler.
Lawler misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lawler moves out of range as Witten strikes.
Witten fails to land the takedown.
Bob Lawler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Witten.
Witten slips a jab and a cross from Lawler.
Lawler throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Witten stumbling backwards into the cage! Witten bounces back off the cage towards Lawler, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Lawler lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Lawler celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
