The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swearingin is looking to clinch but Minden is avoiding it.
Swearingin wants to clinch.
Minden is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Swearingin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Swearingin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Swearingin throws a head kick that misses.
Swearingin doesn't manage to clinch there - Minden circles away.
Minden lands with an overhand left.
Minden lands a jab to Swearingin's midsection.
A jab from Minden finds it's way through Swearingin's defenses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Minden lands a nice shot that snaps Swearingin's head back.
Oooooh!!! Minden has knocked Swearingin down with a huge combo! Minden steps away and waves a wobbly Swearingin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Daniel Swearingin has been cut.
Minden closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Swearingin out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

In his post fight interview, Ray Minden started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
