Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Yamamoto.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
King tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Yamamoto wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Yamamoto wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by King, who protects the arm well.
King is looking to regain half guard here but Yamamoto keeps moving and retains side control.
King wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
King tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Yamamoto is chipping away with strikes.
King gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Yamamoto connects with a nice short shot to King's temple.
