The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyazawa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gallows sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Miyazawa somewhat.

Gallows misses with a few strikes there.
Gallows defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Miyazawa.

The fighters circle momentarily. Gallows darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gallows stuffs the takedown attempt from Miyazawa. Miyazawa gets slowly back to his feet.
Miyazawa with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gallows to score with a decent uppercut.
Gallows throws a head kick but Miyazawa moves out of range.
Gallows connects with a right hand. Miyazawa shakes it off.
Gallows bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Miyazawa's head.
Miyazawa get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Miyazawa stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Gallows runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dutch Gallows!
