Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Leloup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bittor Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leloup comes to the cage accompanied by krolithika. Xavier has chosen Jane's Addiction- Mountain Song as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier takes a swing at Leloup's ribcage but misses.

and Xavier takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Leloup stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Leloup bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Leloup misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Xavier tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Leloup presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xavier manages to regain half guard whilst avoiding the strikes.
Leloup wants to lay and pray for a moment but Xavier keeps working.
Leloup is really struggling to control Xavier but he's trying to hold on to the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jon Leloup.

Xavier looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Leloup is fending him off so far but Xavier persists. Nope, Leloup circles away and we're back to standing.

I would just about give that final round to Bittor Xavier.
