PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcello Magalhaes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Magalhaes comes to the ring accompanied by Last Of The Mohicans Soundtrack. Hardy has chosen AC/DC - Shoot To Thrill as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy misses with a wild combination.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Hardy just misses with a elbow thrown towards Magalhaes's brow.
Hardy has ropes pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Magalhaes is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Hardy - that's hurt Magalhaes badly! Oh, another knee lands and Magalhaes is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Magalhaes doesn't seem to be complaining.
