Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jon Flynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz has chosen Deftones - Feiticeira as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz shoots in looking for a takedown but Flynn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Diaz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Diaz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Flynn's waist but Flynn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diaz off to one side.

Diaz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Nick Diaz opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
