Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gavin Trevally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Calhoun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevally's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Thunderstruck. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gavin Trevally! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trey Calhoun! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trevally drives through with a takedown into guard. Calhoun can't keep his opponent in guard - Trevally advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Calhoun trying to control from the bottom.
Trevally is looking to take a break and control but Calhoun is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Trevally is looking to advance position but Calhoun won't allow it. Trevally wants to control but Calhoun is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trevally looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Trevally is thwarting Calhoun's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Calhoun is looking to escape.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Calhoun comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Calhoun throws a hook but Trevally blocks it. Nice combo by Calhoun! Oh, that's hurt him - Trevally falls to the canvas and Calhoun follows him into side control.
Trevally is rocked!
It looks like Gavin Trevally has been cut. Trevally is trying to control Calhoun's posture but Calhoun avoids it. Oh Trevally is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Calhoun cracks Trevally with a big elbow. Trevally seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Calhoun advances to mount. Trevally is in all sorts of trouble here.
Calhoun controlling from the full mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trevally is looking to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Calhoun controlling his opponent. Trevally is in all sorts of trouble here.
Calhoun content just to control the position here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trey Calhoun dominated that round. The cut man is working on Gavin Trevally's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Trevally shoots in for a double leg but Calhoun sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Trey Calhoun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Calhoun cracks Trevally with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Trevally falls to his knees and Calhoun doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
