And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hundler doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Redfield counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hundler fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hundler looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hundler is trying to pull guard but Redfield has him pressed against the cage.
Chris Redfield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jacob Hundler.

Redfield successfully pulls guard.
Redfield looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hundler is one step ahead there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Redfield keeping full guard, as Hundler tries to pass.
Redfield is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Hundler looking to sit in guard and control but Redfield gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Redfield is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hundler is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Redfield is controlling him.
Redfield is in close to Hundler's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Redfield wants to stand but Hundler is controlling his posture from full guard.
Redfield prevents Hundler from getting back to his feet.

Redfield working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Hundler trying to control the position.
Hundler bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Redfield's guard.

Redfield wants to hit a switch here but Hundler passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Redfield there!
Redfield is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Redfield bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Redfield trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hundler's guard.
Redfield stands and throws Hundler's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Hundler is being controlled here.
Hundler can't do much from the bottom here.
Redfield landing strikes.

Redfield working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Redfield scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hundler to see if he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Redfield tries to advance to mount but Hundler denies him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chris Redfield dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!



Redfield has Hundler up against the cage in a clinch.
Hundler tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Redfield smiles and moves away.
Hundler tries to clinch up.
Hundler fails in his attempt to clinch.

Hundler gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Redfield drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hundler manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Redfield has Hundler in his guard.
Hundler trying to control but Redfield is working from the bottom.

Redfield looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Redfield pulls Hundler in close to his closed guard and prevents Hundler from doing any damage or advancing position.
Redfield bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hundler's guard.
Redfield wanted to stand there but Hundler had control of the position.
Redfield content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Redfield sitting in guard here, content to control.
Hundler looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Redfield puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Redfield looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hundler with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hundler is trying to stand.

Hundler looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Hundler is breathing heavily.
Hundler wants to control but Redfield is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Redfield in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Hundler tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Redfield!
