Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Arlovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaleb Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arlovski comes to the cage accompanied by Bodies by Drowning Pool. Phillips comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Enter Sandman kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Arlovski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kaleb Phillips! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Arlovski tries to bum rush Phillips with a series of wild strikes but Phillips uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Arlovski fails with the takedown. Arlovski fails miserably with a takedown attempt. No luck for Arlovski with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Arlovski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Arlovski looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Phillips! Arlovski has hold of Phillips's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Phillips manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Arlovski is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Phillips has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Phillips! Arlovski has an active guard here but Phillips has managed to pass into half guard.
Arlovski is breathing heavily. Phillips wants to stand up but Arlovski has a hold of him and won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Arlovski tries to roll over but Phillips keeps him under control. Arlovski is working hard here to advance position. It looks like Phillips is going to stand back up.
Arlovski regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Arlovski can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Phillips controls the pace. Phillips wants to control from the top but Arlovski keeps moving. Arlovski will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Arlovski wants to sweep but no luck. Arlovski working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Phillips has passed into half guard!
Phillips is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arlovski manages to get to full guard.
Phillips wants to stand but Arlovski has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Arlovski is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Arlovski is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Phillips rolls with it to try and escape but Arlovski cranks on the arm and Phillips is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
