The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trifu attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Trifu feints and then cracks Todorov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Todorov down.
Todorov shoots for a double leg takedown but Trifu sprawls well. He's pushed Todorov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Todorov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Todorov showed some decent athleticism there.
Trifu regains full guard. Nicely done.
Todorov won't allow Trifu to sweep him here.
Trifu will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Todorov is working Trifu over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
