Sanchez has chosen Foo Fighters- My Hero as his entrance music. Frank Fernandez has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Fernandez! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Estefan Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fernandez avoids the body shot from Sanchez.
Sanchez misses with a looping right. Sanchez tries to land a leg kick but Fernandez saw it coming and moves away.
Sanchez punishes Fernandez's body with a nice straight punch. Sanchez swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sanchez throws a lazy right hand but Fernandez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Fernandez blocks a jab. Fernandez is looking to clinch but Sanchez is avoiding it.
Fernandez blocks a leg kick. Sanchez is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fernandez. Sanchez lands a slapping body shot.
Sanchez misses with a wild body shot. Fernandez shoots in and drives through. Sanchez sprawls well. Fernandez moves into the clinch. Sanchez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fernandez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanchez fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Fernandez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sanchez swats him away and circles back towards the center. Estefan Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sanchez clinches with his opponent.
Fernandez has Sanchez pressed against the cage, preventing Sanchez from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Sanchez lands on the inside with an uppercut. Sanchez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Sanchez misses with a lunging right hand
and Fernandez counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Sanchez is looking to control Fernandez's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sanchez avoid being mounted? Fernandez is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fernandez is looking for a kimura here.
Fernandez is working for a submission of some sort.
Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fernandez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez is looking to improve his position.
Fernandez has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sanchez defend it? Fernandez steps over the head and cranks it - Sanchez is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Fernandez!
