Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sir Lancelot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalahu Kahala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sir Lancelot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kalahu Kahala!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancelot jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kahala shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lancelot but Lancelot pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kahala uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lancelot.
A combination from Lancelot does no damage.

Lancelot closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kahala to the mat! Kahala manages to get full guard.

Kahala is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kahala is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lancelot might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Kahala jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Lancelot is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Lancelot and Kahala has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Lancelot wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Lancelot throws a nice looking combination but Kahala bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lancelot feints and as Kahala raises his hands in defense, Lancelot changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Lancelot throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Kahala shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kahala accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
