Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marko Santovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arseny Pokrovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santovski's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Toni Zen-Vo Moj Stil. The crowd seem to be enjoying Pokrovski's choice of entrance music: Raw Talk- Stevie Stone. Arseny Pokrovski has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marko Santovski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Arseny Pokrovski! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Santovski as Pokrovski shoots in. A momentary lapse in concentration from Pokrovski enables Santovski to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pokrovski manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Santovski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Santovski has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pokrovski is proving hard to escape from. Santovski drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pokrovski manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Santovski has Pokrovski in his guard. Pokrovski tries to free his leg and advance position but Santovski is retaining full guard. Pokrovski got a little sloppy there for a moment and Santovski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pokrovski has managed to get both his arms back between Santovski's legs - danger averted. Pokrovski loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Pokrovski postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Pokrovski thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Pokrovski with a flurry of punches that miss. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pokrovski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Santovski looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pokrovski is one step ahead there. Pokrovski trying to control but Santovski is working from the bottom. Pokrovski is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Santovski is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Santovski has escaped and now he's on top! Pokrovski keeping moving, preventing Santovski from controlling successfully. Pokrovski has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Santovski preventing the sweep. Santovski wants to clinch. Santovski shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. The fight stays on the outside here - Santovski looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Pokrovski keeps the fight on the outside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Santovski gets a takedown into half guard. Santovski is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pokrovski is just riding it out for now. Santovski eventually gives up the hold.

Pokrovski sprawls well. Marko Santovski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pokrovski avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Pokrovski with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
And that's the end of the fight! Arseny Pokrovski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Santovski has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Marko Santovski! After the fight, Marko Santovski was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
