Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michel Rodalgo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dakota Royer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodalgo comes to the cage accompanied by Ace of Spades - By Motorhead. Royer has chosen Speak Militant- Sabac Red as his entrance music. Dakota Royer has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodalgo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Royer.
Rodalgo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Rodalgo blocks a leg kick.
Rodalgo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Royer.
Rodalgo throws a jab when Royer was well out of range.
Rodalgo moves away from the strike by Royer.
Rodalgo lands a nice looking body shot.
Rodalgo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Royer moves away.
Royer misses with a body kick.
Rodalgo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Royer throws a shot from downtown. Rodalgo moves away and avoids it.
Rodalgo swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Royer.
Royer tries to land a leg kick but Rodalgo saw it coming and moves away.
Royer blocks a jab.
Royer takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodalgo moves out of range of the body kick from Royer.
Rodalgo scores with a jab to the head.
Rodalgo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Rodalgo seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Royer is trying to control but can't.
Rodalgo has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Royer defend it? Rodalgo steps over the head and cranks it - Royer is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Rodalgo!
