Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between George Hicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robinson Crusoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson Crusoe struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Robinson Crusoe will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, George Hicks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robinson Crusoe! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hicks looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hicks darts in trying to clinch and Crusoe counters with a head kick. Hicks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crusoe moves away. Hicks looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Crusoe tries to clinch but Hicks moves out of range. Hicks misses with a hook. Crusoe ducked under it nicely. Hicks scores with a one two! Crusoe had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Crusoe gets caught napping as Hicks dives in and scores a takedown. Crusoe manages to retain guard. This has been an exciting period of action! It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Crusoe trying to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Crusoe is on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crusoe wants to control from the top but Hicks keeps moving. Crusoe passes easily into side control. Nice work. Hicks is trying to get back to his feet. Crusoe has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Hicks scores with a jab to the body. Hicks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Crusoe or perhaps it was just good defense by Hicks which made him look bad. Hicks throws a front kick that sends Crusoe stumbling back into the cage. Crusoe shoots in looking for a takedown but Hicks manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Crusoe's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hicks manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Crusoe on his heels. He'll look to pass Crusoe's guard now, I'm sure. Hicks has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Crusoe is proving hard to escape from. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Crusoe utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Crusoe preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hicks looking to sit in guard and control but Crusoe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Crusoe trying to control but Hicks is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hicks is looking to stand up but Crusoe isn't so interested in that idea. Hicks keeping moving, preventing Crusoe from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Crusoe tries to free his leg and advance position but Hicks is retaining full guard.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Robinson Crusoe hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Hicks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crusoe moves away. Hicks throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hicks tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Crusoe was well out of range. Poor timing from Hicks. A punch combination from Hicks misses. Hicks feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Hicks has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crusoe preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hicks has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Crusoe is proving hard to escape from. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Hicks dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Hicks shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Crusoe as he avoids it easily. Hicks throws a head kick that misses. Hicks doesn't manage to clinch there - Crusoe circles away.

and Crusoe counters into the clinch. Nicely done. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Crusoe wants to break free but Hicks has control.
Hicks is defending well against a takedown attempt. Crusoe fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crusoe leaning his opponent against the cage. Crusoe is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hicks pulls him back up using the underhooks. George Hicks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robinson Crusoe. Hicks drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Crusoe turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Crusoe is looking to take a break and control but Hicks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hicks is working to avoid the ground and pound but Crusoe connects with a decent elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crusoe decides to stand back up. Hicks is looking to wear down Crusoe with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. No joy there for Hicks, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hicks throws out a powerful jab. Hicks feints and as Crusoe raises his hands in defense, Hicks changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hicks wants to get up but he can't break Crusoe's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Crusoe looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hicks is one step ahead there. Hicks postures up in Crusoe's guard and throws a big left but Crusoe blocks it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hicks trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Crusoe controlling Hicks's posture. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Crusoe looking for a sweep. Not yet Crusoe, not yet. Hicks wants to stand but Crusoe is controlling his posture from full guard. Crusoe scrambles and gets back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hicks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Crusoe wants to clinch up but Hicks keeps it at a distance. Crusoe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Crusoe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Crusoe avoids the body shot from Hicks.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hicks tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Crusoe was well out of range. Poor timing from Hicks. Hicks shoots in for a double leg but Crusoe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robinson Crusoe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hicks throws a nice looking combination but Crusoe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Hicks moves into range and clinches up with Crusoe. Crusoe decides to pull guard. Crusoe trying to keep a closed guard but Hicks is proving a slippery customer.
Crusoe wants to sweep here but Hicks controlling him for the moment. Hicks throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hicks wants to stand but Crusoe has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Crusoe lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hicks! Crusoe swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
