Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Dakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miroslaw Makuch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dakis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Makuch looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Makuch darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Makuch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dakis swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Dakis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Makuch doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Makuch manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dakis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Well, if Dakis is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Dakis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
