Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xander Elder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lane Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elder comes to the cage accompanied by THats how we roll. Frost has chosen 8 second ride (Jake Owen) as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Xander Elder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lane Frost!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elder darts in and clinches Frost up against the cage.
Frost wants to break the clinch but can't.
Frost drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Elder lands an elbow just above Frost 's eye.
Frost is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Elder pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Elder misses with an elbow over the top.
Frost takes an elbow to the forehead.
With the fighters up against the cage, Elder throws an elbow but misses.
Frost is trying to drag Elder to the mat but Elder just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Xander Elder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lane Frost.
Elder throws an elbow but it misses.
Frost has picked Elder up - he's going for a ride! Frost dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Frost is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Elder doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Frost.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost is trying to work for a kimura but Elder is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Elder is trying to stand back up but Frost is controlling him
Frost in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Elder tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Frost!
