The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McHughes scores with a decent looking hook.

It looks like Meg Didion has been cut.
Didion throws a hook to the side of McHughes's head but McHughes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McHughes misses the shot to the body.
Didion misses the jab.
Didion throws a right hand that McHughes ducks under and follows up with a left that McHughes also avoids with ease.
McHughes scores with a hook to the body. Didion takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

McHughes throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Didion.
Didion takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Didion throws a hook but McHughes blocks it.

McHughes slips a straight right by Didion.
Didion avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Didion throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McHughes counters with a good low kick that Didion was not able to check.
Didion takes one on the button.
Didion throws a looping overhand right but McHughes ducks down to avoid it.
Didion thows a left - swing and a miss!
Didion tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McHughes scores with a jab to the jaw.
McHughes lunges at Didion with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Didion's hand.
McHughes closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Didion! McHughes dives in looking to finish! Didion is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
