Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jean Charles Skarbowsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Compton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Compton has chosen Granville Bowlin - Wild Bill as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
18 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jean Charles Skarbowsky!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Compton!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skarbowsky throws a leg kick but Compton moved away.
A jab from Compton finds it's way through Skarbowsky's defenses.
Compton throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Skarbowsky stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Skarbowsky takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Compton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Compton, as that shot connected.
Skarbowsky takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Skarbowsky takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Skarbowsky walks into a jab.
Compton getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Skarbowsky pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Compton lands with a straight right. Skarbowsky didn't see that one coming.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Compton feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Skarbowskys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Skarbowsky on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Compton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Skarbowsky walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Compton checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Compton works the jab nicely.
Compton jabs at Skarbowsky's body.
Compton darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Skarbowsky takes one to the side of the head.
Compton fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Skarbowsky looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Skarbowsky walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Compton checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Compton scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Skarbowsky is looking to clinch but Compton is avoiding it.
Compton is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Skarbowsky had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Skarbowsky takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Skarbowsky is rocked!
A slapping leg kick lands for Compton.
Oh Skarbowsky is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Compton instigates a clinch.
Compton lands a nice elbow.
It looks like Jean Charles Skarbowsky has been cut.
Skarbowsky tries to work over Compton's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Compton avoiding damage as Skarbowsky throws knees to the body.
Compton works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Compton manages to break the clinch.
Compton circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Skarbowsky to the canvas! Skarbowsky doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Compton keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bill Compton!
