The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuteboxe gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Alejandro is looking to regain half guard here but Chuteboxe keeps moving and retains side control.
Alejandro defending against the ground and pound.
Alejandro gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Chuteboxe tries to stand but can't do so whilst Alejandro controls his leg.

Alejandro throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chuteboxe would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Chuteboxe should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Alejandro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chuteboxe's guard.

Chuteboxe has hold of Alejandro's hands but Alejandro slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Alejandro seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Chuteboxe tries to roll over but Alejandro keeps him under control.

Alejandro is nestled in close to Chuteboxe, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Chuteboxe is staying active underneath Alejandro, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
