Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vincent The Vandal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Demps (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Vandal comes to the cage accompanied by Astral Projection - Kabalah. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, King Demps!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by The Vandal or perhaps it was just good defense by Demps which made him look bad.
The Vandal uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Demps.
Demps swats away the attempt to clinch by The Vandal.

Demps darts in and clinches The Vandal up against the cage.
Demps is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but The Vandal is keeping busy.
The Vandal drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The Vandal misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Demps.

The Vandal drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The Vandal wants to stand up but Demps is controlling the position.
Demps is controlling The Vandal's trapped leg to prevent The Vandal from advancing to side control.

Demps looking to hit a scissor sweep but The Vandal is one step ahead there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Demps bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in The Vandal's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Vincent The Vandal will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The Vandal feints and as Demps raises his hands in defense, The Vandal changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The Vandal has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Demps is trying to keep The Vandal in close.

Despite being in the dominant position, King Demps just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The Vandal gets a trip takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vincent The Vandal dominated that second round.
That's time! Back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!


Demps goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The Vandal will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Demps counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Demps gets a takedown into half guard.
Demps is pressing down on The Vandal's thigh, looking to free his foot. The Vandal is holding on for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Demps is tying to control. The Vandal wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Demps slows the pace down in half guard.
Demps trying to control the action but The Vandal is working from the bottom.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Demps might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control The Vandal kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Demps wants to free his trapped foot but The Vandal is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The Vandal rushes Demps and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The Vandal is trying to trip Demps. He has hold of a leg but Demps is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. The Vandal persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Demps throws a leg kick which misses The Vandal's front leg but catches the back leg as The Vandal tries to avoid it.
The Vandal shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Demps as he avoids it easily.
Demps throws a low kick, looking for The Vandal's leg but The Vandal calmly moves out of range.
Demps attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Demps throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The Vandal darts in trying to clinch
and Demps connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Demps works over The Vandal's head and body with a nice combination.
Demps throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around The Vandal's waist but The Vandal gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Demps off to one side.
Demps shoots in and drives through. The Vandal sprawls well.
The Vandal throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Demps dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on The Vandal. That did some damage!

and Demps counters with a right hand to the body.
The Vandal throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
The Vandal tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Demps counters with a three punch combo that has The Vandal backing up. The Vandal nods at Demps to acknowledge the strikes.
Demps just misses with a punch to the body.
Demps looks for a takedown but The Vandal sprawls well.
Vincent The Vandal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Demps.

and Demps counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Demps throws a big right hand that misses.

King Demps has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Demps accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

King Demps comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think The Vandal has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
