The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown shoots in for a double leg but Jonghyun sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Brown takes the fight into the clinch.
Jonghyun tries a knee to the head but Brown blocks it.
Jonghyun unloads a knee to the mid-section. Brown lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Brown tries to throw a body punch but Jonghyun avoids it by throwing Brown back against the cage.

It looks like Malcomn Brown has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brown shoots for a takedown but Jonghyun saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kim Jonghyun has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malcomn Brown.

Jonghyun has Brown pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Brown is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Jonghyun - that's hurt Brown badly! Oh, another knee lands and Brown is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Brown doesn't seem to be complaining.
