Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Golden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silent Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Golden comes to the cage accompanied by Gold Dust. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Golden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Silent Angel! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Golden takes the fight into the clinch. Golden's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Angel forces Golden back against the cage and clinches. Angel can't get the takedown.
Angel tries for a takedown but Golden manages to get underhooks.
Angel jumps guard but Golden stands there with Angel around his waist. Angel gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jim Golden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Silent Angel. Angel has Golden pressed against the cage, preventing Golden from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Angel is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Golden working some nice short punches in the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. A shot in the inside from Golden.
That's one minute gone in the round. Golden breaks from the clinch.
Golden misses with a wild combination.
Golden gets a takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Angel actively working from the bottom here. Golden looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Angel is looking for a sweep. Golden is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Angel is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Golden pulls his head out easily. Golden wants to work for an arm triangle but Angel is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Golden knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angel on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Golden throwing shots but Angel is blocking nicely. Golden throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Golden not landing any meaningful shots this time. Angel is trying to maintain the position but Golden is very close to passing his half guard. Golden is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Angel is just riding it out for now. Golden eventually gives up the hold. Angel actively working from the bottom here. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Angel is looking to improve his position.
Angel is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Angel is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Golden pulls his head out easily. Angel looks winded! Golden throwing shots but Angel is blocking nicely. Golden is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Angel is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Golden scores with a couple of nice shots. Angel tries to get to full guard but Golden has control of the leg. Angel looking for submissions off his back. Golden is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Angel sees it coming and defends easily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Golden seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Golden's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Angel is trying to stand back up but Golden is controlling him
Angel looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Angel actively working from the bottom here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Golden controlling the pace. Nice strikes from Golden there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jim Golden dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Golden missing with a left hand there. Angel was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Golden bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Angel is trying to improve his position. Golden in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Angel looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Golden turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Golden! Jim Golden decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
