Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kauko Partio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vevrin Betlach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Partio kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nightwish - Crimson Tide. The crowd seem to be enjoying Betlach's choice of entrance music: Higher Ground. Vevrin Betlach will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Partio bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Betlach can't do much from the bottom here.

Partio tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Betlach tries to lock up and control but Partio gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Partio has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Partio lands with some strikes.
Betlach is bucking up trying to escape but Partio cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Betlach is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Betlach takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Partio's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
