Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mircaloz Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Stankus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stankus has chosen Koto - Jabdah as his entrance music. Stanley Stankus is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mircaloz Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stanley Stankus! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jonathan Paton and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson blocks a head kick by Stankus.
Stankus doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
Mircaloz Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stankus moves into the clinch. Stankus decides to pull guard. Johnson is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stankus is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stankus has escaped and now he's on top! Johnson has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Stankus is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Johnson. Johnson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Johnson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stankus's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stankus's back! Johnson looking for the choke from the back. Johnson working for a choke but Stankus is defending well. Stankus preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Johnson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Johnson is breathing heavily. Stankus trying to control but not successfully. Stankus is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Johnson is staying active. Johnson looking for the RNC. Stankus is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Stankus rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Stankus is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Stankus rushes Johnson and presses him up against the cage. Johnson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Johnson fails in his attempt to clinch. Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Johnson throws a sloppy head kick and Stankus counters with a nice leg kick. Johnson clinches with his opponent.
Johnson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Stankus gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Stankus throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Johnson using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Stankus has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Johnson. Johnson wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mircaloz Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Johnson lands with a short head shot on the inside. Johnson with an attempt at a knee that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson takes an elbow to the forehead. Johnson tries to break the clinch but Stankus is controlling the position. Johnson lands an uppercut. Johnson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stankus has him pressed against the cage. Johnson wants to get back to striking at distance but Stankus won't allow it.

Johnson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Johnson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Stankus knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Johnson advances to mount. Johnson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Stankus has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Johnson wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Johnson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stankus has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stankus! Johnson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Stankus pushes down on Johnson's leg and manages to get into half guard. Johnson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Johnson is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Stankus pulls his head out easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stanley Stankus dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Johnson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Johnson shoots in and drives through. Stankus sprawls well. A slapping leg kick lands for Stankus.
Johnson throws a lazy right hand but Stankus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. No luck for Johnson with that takedown attempt. Stankus slips under a jab. Stankus throws a front kick that sends Johnson stumbling back into the cage. Stankus uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Johnson. Johnson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Johnson throws a knee to the head but misses.
Stankus unloads a knee to the mid-section. Johnson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Stankus should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Johnson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Stankus has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Johnson uses from the top position. Stankus is trying to control the position but Johnson postures up. Johnson passes Stankus's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Stankus has recovered full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stankus pulls Johnson in close to prevent any damage. Johnson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Stankus dives on top into guard. Stankus wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving. Stankus stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Johnson looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Stankus puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Stankus is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Johnson trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Stankus manages to pass to mount!
Johnson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson tries to roll over but Stankus keeps him under control. Johnson lands a couple of sideways elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson moves into full guard.
Johnson wants to sweep but no luck. Johnson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Stankus trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stankus won't allow Johnson to sweep him here. Stankus sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Johnson's guard. Johnson is trying to get back to full guard. Johnson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Johnson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Johnson throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Stanley Stankus showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Johnson keeps the fight on the outside. Stankus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Johnson gets the takedown into side control. Johnson swings around for an armbar but Stankus sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Johnson's guard. Johnson is trying to control the position but Stankus postures up. Johnson has his foot on Stankus's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stankus works his way back into a safe position though. Johnson is trying to keep Stankus in close.
Johnson wants to sweep here but Stankus controlling him for the moment. Johnson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Stankus is stalling in the full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Let's hope that Stankus has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stankus advances position into side control! Stankus wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Johnson, who protects the arm well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stankus lands some shots froms side control. Johnson gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Stankus prevents Johnson from getting the reversal. Johnson sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson wants to improve his position but Stankus is controlling well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stankus misses with an attempted mid kick.
Mircaloz Johnson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Johnson throws a head kick but Stankus moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Mircaloz Johnson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Stankus has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
