Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Markus Fittz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fittz wants to clinch up but Alvarez keeps it at a distance.

Alvarez misses the jab.
Alvarez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fittz defends it nicely.
Alvarez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Fittz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Alvarez.

Alvarez tries for a takedown but Fittz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Alvarez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fittz with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
