Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Joseph (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ice Lander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lander has chosen Tribute as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ice Lander!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joseph misses with an uppercut. Lander saw that one coming.
Lander lands with a nice combination. Joseph backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Anthony Joseph has been cut.
Joseph ducks under a wild hook from Lander.
Joseph tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lander was well out of range. Poor timing from Joseph.
Lander ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Joseph moves away.
Lander throws a right and a left that Joseph avoids nicely.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Joseph!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some bone on bone action there as Lander checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Joseph pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lander lands a jab.
Joseph uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lander.
Lander blocks a head kick by Joseph.
Lander throws a low kick but Joseph avoids it.

Lander tries to clinch up.

Lander feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Josephs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Lander lands a jab to the nose.
Lander throws a low kick but it's checked well by Joseph.
Joseph doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lander loads up on a big right hand but Joseph slips the punch.
Joseph misses with a leg kick.
Lander lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Anthony Joseph's cut is getting worse.
Joseph fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lander has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Joseph throws a leg kick which misses Lander's front leg but catches the back leg as Lander tries to avoid it.
Joseph throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lander counters with a nice uppercut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lander, as that shot connected.
Lander lands a slapping body shot.
Lander takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lander fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Joseph on the side of the head.
A decent looking cross lands there for Lander.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lander pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lander lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
An inside leg kick from Joseph misses.
Joseph throws a head kick but Lander moves out of range.
Joseph moves into range and connects with a jab.
Joseph pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lander thows a body shot but no joy.
That kick from Joseph tenderised Lander's leg. Lander is trying to keep his angry face on.
Joseph ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lander moves away.
Lander walks into a stiff left hand from Joseph.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lander, as that shot connected.
Lander lands with an uppercut that bounces Joseph off the cage and back into range.
Lander keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Joseph.
Nice uppercut lands for Lander. That snapped Joseph's head back.
Anthony Joseph's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Joseph cracks Lander with a good jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lander connects with the punch.
Joseph throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Joseph circles away from the clinch attempt.
Joseph throws a head kick but Lander moves out of range.
Joseph on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Joseph takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Lander misses the shot to the body.
Lander is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Joseph had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Joseph throws a leg kick but Lander sees it coming and moves out of range.
Joseph takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Joseph misses with an uppercut
and Lander counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lander lands a body shot.
Joseph tries to move into range but Lander moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jeez, Anthony Joseph's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Lander misses with a body punch
and Joseph cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Joseph looks to throw the jab but Lander is out of range.
Lander has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Lander scores with a punch to the head.
Lander avoids the head kick by Joseph.
Joseph lands with a kick to the temple. Lander shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lander looks to score with a jab to the body but Joseph is just out of range.
Lander is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Joseph.
Lander fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Lander slips under a jab.
Joseph throws a lazy head kick
and Lander counters with a good low kick that Joseph was not able to check.
Lander jabs Joseph to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Joseph is breathing heavily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Joseph throws a low kick but Lander moves out of range easily.
Lander misses with a body shot.
Lander connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Anthony Joseph's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ice Lander!
Ice Lander very nearly forgot to thank HGH Nutrients Q160-Q158 amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
