Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nemo Mattsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Da Vinci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Vinci fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mattsson avoids it really well and circles away.
Mattsson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mattsson lands with a slapping head kick.

Da Vinci misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mattsson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Da Vinci has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Da Vinci and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Da Vinci shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mattsson as he jumps to the side.

Da Vinci changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mattsson tries to avoid it but Da Vinci manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mattsson to the ground. Mattsson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A head kick from Mattsson lands but Da Vinci takes it in his stride.

Mattsson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Da Vinci.
Mattsson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Da Vinci.

Da Vinci is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mattsson defends well.
Mattsson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Da Vinci is proving hard to escape from.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mattsson wants to stand and escape but instead Da Vinci has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Nemo Mattsson will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nemo Mattsson.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mattsson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
