Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DJango Ibakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jason White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, DJango Ibakka! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ibakka misses with a body shot.
White scores with a leg kick.
Ibakka clobbers White with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. White plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Ibakka missing with a left hand there. White was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. A head kick misses from White. Ibakka cracks White with an open hand slap. White throws a leg kick but Ibakka moved away. DJango Ibakka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ibakka throws a one two combo.
A slow jab from Ibakka misses its intended target. White takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ibakka lands a front kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ibakka looks to land a body kick but White moved away. Ibakka lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. White takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ibakka works over White's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Jason White has been cut. Ibakka misses with a looping right. White throws a head kick but Ibakka moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. White tries to land a front kick but Ibakka steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. A head kick misses from White. Ibakka misses with a leg kick. A big right from Ibakka misses. Ibakka waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract White. Ibakka ducks under a wild hook from White. Ibakka feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Whites jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! White feints and then cracks Ibakka's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ibakka down. Ibakka closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. White throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. White swings away with a leg kick that misses. Ibakka misses with a few strikes there.
White misses with a head kick.
White lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. White throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. White ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice leg kick lands there from White. White misses with a kick to the body.
White pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ibakka is out of range and White settles back down. White moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. White thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ibakka if he has to take too many more of those.

White lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like DJango Ibakka has been cut. Ibakka moves out of range of the leg kick from White. Ibakka dips to his left and cracks White with an uppercut! An inside leg kick lands from White. White on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Ibakka throws a right and a left that White avoids nicely. Ibakka takes a shot to the body in his stride.
White lands a jab to the nose. Ibakka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by White. White throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White throws a hook but Ibakka avoids it easily. White misses with a head kick.
White throws a leg kick and Ibakka counters with a straight right hand. White thows a body shot but no joy. Ibakka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but White moves away. White throws a sloppy head kick and Ibakka moves out of range easily. White connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ibakka's hands. Nice defenses there by Ibakka. Ibakka lands with a straight right. White didn't see that one coming. Ibakka misses with a body kick. White misses with a low kick.
Ibakka moves out of range as White strikes. Nice jab there from Ibakka. A clash of legs there as Ibakka blocks the low kick. White lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White misses with a body kick. White ducks under a wild hook from Ibakka. Ibakka jabbing away but nothing is landing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ibakka throws a jab when White was well out of range. White listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Nice defenses there by Ibakka. Jab from Ibakka. White blocks a jab. Ibakka checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. White tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ibakka was well out of range. Poor timing from White. Ibakka throws a body punch but White moves out of range. Ibakka is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! White had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. White swings for the body but Ibakka moves out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! White throws a leg kick which misses Ibakka's front leg but catches the back leg as Ibakka tries to avoid it. White misses with a looping left. White scores with a nice head shot. A low kick from White misses enabling Ibakka to counter with a crisp jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jason White will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ibakka moves out of range as White throws a body kick.
White misses with a hook. A chopping leg kick lands by Ibakka. Ibakka throws a good cross that connects.
A big right from Ibakka misses. White lands with a straight right. Ibakka didn't see that one coming. White lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting White here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Ibakka scores with a jab to the jaw. White pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ibakka tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. White takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Good exchange - Ibakka coming out on top.
White is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ibakka connects with the punch. Oh White is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Ibakka's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Ibakka throws a quick inside leg kick. Ibakka steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from White. That one must have hurt. Ibakka throws a shot from downtown. White moves away and avoids it. White pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ibakka is out of range and White settles back down. White misses with a low kick as Ibakka jumps back. Ibakka takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jason White is winning the standup battle so far. White takes a jab right on the kisser.
That's one minute gone in the round. Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Ibakka! White is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). DJango Ibakka! DJango Ibakka spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
