The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Foxton closes the distance and clinches.

Foxton breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Foxton moves into range and clinches up with Marlow.
Foxton prevents the takedown attempt.

Foxton turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Marlow is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Foxton has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Foxton has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Foxton fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Marlow sprawls well initially but Foxton persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Foxton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Foxton takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Foxton decides to return to a standing position.

Foxton moves into the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Foxton pulls guard.
Marlow knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Foxton on the ground.
Foxton has control of Marlow's left arm, preventing Marlow from doing any damage.

Marlow is sitting in close to Foxton's body. Foxton has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Marlow is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Marlow is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Foxton.
