Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Leone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miguel Leone is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Miguel Leone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ron Dennis! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dennis closes the distance and pushes Leone back into the cage. Dennis has picked Leone up - he's going for a ride! Dennis dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Dennis tries to stand and escape but Leone is controlling the position. Leone is looking to improve his position.
Leone wants to sweep but Dennis has passed to side control! Leone tries to buck Dennis off but Dennis is having none of it. Leone is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Dennis's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Dennis decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dennis closes the distance and clinches. Dennis scores with a shot to the side of Leone's head. A short body shot lands from Dennis as the two fighters clinch.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dennis takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. A nice glancing elbow lands by Dennis.
It looks like Miguel Leone has been cut. Dennis stalling against the cage.
Dennis jumps into guard, dragging Leone to the mat.
Dennis is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Leone is controlling him. Dennis has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Leone off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Dennis changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Leone fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Dennis gets a clinch. Dennis manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Leone throws an elbow that misses. Dennis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Leone's guard. Nice move by Dennis! Leone is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dennis gets to his feet - Leone follows without any prompting.

Dennis is looking to take this one to the mat. Miguel Leone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ron Dennis. Dennis goes for a takedown attempt but Leone pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Ron Dennis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dennis closes the distance and clinches. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dennis has Leone pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Leone manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Leone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Leone throws a big elbow that misses. Dennis has his feet on Leone's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leone avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

A short right from Dennis. Dennis tries to land knees in the clinch but Leone avoids the damage to the body. Leone has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Dennis is trying to keep an underhook but Leone manages to get the takedown into half guard. Dennis kicks off Leone and gets to his feet. Dennis clinches up against the cage. Dennis trying to land knees to the body.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dennis drags the fight down to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leone throwing strikes but missing. Dennis scrambles and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dennis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Leone, pushing him back against the cage. Leone is pressed up against the cage. Dennis has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Leone down to the mat. Leone avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Dennis clinches. The referee calls for Dennis to work.
Dennis has hold of one of Leone's legs. Leone is fighting the takedown attempt but Dennis gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Leone has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dennis is looking to stand up but Leone won't let him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dennis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Leone to his feet. Dennis tries to clinch but Leone moves away and Leone counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Leone tries to free his leg and advance position but Dennis is retaining full guard. Dennis wants to stand up but Leone is controlling him. Leone throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dennis works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dennis avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Leone throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Dennis is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ron Dennis will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Miguel Leone's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dennis manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leone's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Miguel Leone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nice elbow from Dennis. Dennis can't get the takedown.
Dennis ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dennis no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Dennis scrambles and gets back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dennis has Leone pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Leone manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Ron Dennis seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Dennis stalling in the clinch.

Dennis gets control of Leone's arms and successfully pulls guard. Dennis will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Leone with a flurry of punches that miss. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Leone throws an elbow that misses. Dennis uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Leone's guard. Nice move by Dennis! Dennis must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Leone looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Dennis has picked Leone up and slammed him! Leone can't keep hold of the triangle and Dennis manages to pass to side control! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Leone is trying to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ron Dennis comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dennis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
