Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yunus Abshir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abshir has chosen Africa by Toto as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yunus Abshir! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snow lands a big head kick that sends Abshir tumbling to the mat! Snow takes a step backwards and waves Abshir back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Yunus Abshir has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Abshir moves out of range of the body kick. Snow looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Snow looks to land a left hand but Abshir moved out of range nicely. Crunch! Snow slams his shin into Abshir's torso. Snow throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Abshir loads up on a big right hand but Snow slips the punch. Snow lands with a thumping leg kick.
Abshir blocks a head kick by Snow.
Nice body kick there by Snow. Snow misses with an attempted mid kick.
Snow lands a leg kick that knocks Abshir off balance momentarily. Abshir jabbing away but nothing is landing. A big right from Abshir misses. Abshir looks to land a right hand but Snow moved out of range. Snow thows a body kick. Abshir tries to catch it but that hurt him. Yunus Abshir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Abshir throws a lazy uppercut
and Snow counters with a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abshir takes a swing at Snow's ribcage but misses. Abshir checks a leg kick. Snow wants to clinch. Snow thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Abshir if he has to take too many more of those.
Snow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Abshir. That did some damage! Snow throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Snow slips under a jab. Abshir is trying hard to land a takedown here. Snow sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Abshir misses with a hook
and Snow counters with a slapping leg kick. Abshir looks winded! Abshir pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Snow lands with a kick to the ribs.
This has been an exciting period of action! Snow throws a front kick that sends Abshir stumbling back into the cage. Abshir takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Abshir gets tackled into the cage by Snow. Snow maintains the clinch. Snow has Abshir pushed against the cage. Snow prevents the takedown attempt.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Snow.
A nice leg kick lands there from Snow. Abshir stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Snow. Abshir's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Snow throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Abshir's head. Abshir has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Snow. Abshir tries to keep at a distance but Snow has taken the fight into the clinch. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Snow obliges. Snow crunches a lovely knee into Abshir's ribcage. Snow scores a nice knee to the body.
Snow lands a good knee to the midsection. Abshir won't want to take too many of those.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow avoiding damage.
Snow tries to land knees in the clinch but Abshir avoids the damage to the body. Snow tries to work over Abshir's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Abshir has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snow is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jon Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yunus Abshir. Abshir lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Snow has his hands clasped together around Abshir's back. He's all about the action. Abshir is keen to just control but Snow is a slippery customer. Snow trying to control from the bottom.
Snow wants to get back to full guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Abshir in particular looking to stall. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow looks like he's trying to stand up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Snow throws a half hearted mid kick. Snow shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Snow scores with a body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Snow keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Abshir. A chopping leg kick lands by Snow. Snow thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Abshir if he has to take too many more of those.

Snow clinches up against the cage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Snow scores a nice knee to the body.

Snow tries to land a knee to the head but Abshir blocks with his arms.
Abshir has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snow is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snow dominated that round. The cut man is working on Yunus Abshir's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Abshir sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Snow is looking to slow Abshir down with leg kicks. Jon Snow is winning the standup battle so far. Snow moves into the clinch successfully.

Snow's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Snow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Abshir can do to turn this around? The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jon Snow. Snow throws a quick inside leg kick. Abshir fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Jon Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yunus Abshir. Abshir tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Abshir takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Snow scores with a spinning back kick! Jon Snow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A solid body kick from Snow. Snow bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. A kick lands to the mid section there for Snow. Abshir has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Snow. Nice body kick there by Snow. Abshir is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Snow lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Abshir at a distance.
Snow lands a nice looking kick to the body. Abshir takes a step back to recover. Abshir has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Snow. Snow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Abshir. Abshir getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Snow gets a clinch. Nice body punch from Snow - that landed with a thud.

Snow is pressed up against the cage. Abshir has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Snow down to the mat. Snow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Snow fakes the leg kick and cracks Abshir in the body. Abshir might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Abshir sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Snow ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Snow tries to clinch but Abshir moves out of range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Snow lands with an uppercut that bounces Abshir off the cage and back into range. Snow throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Abshir. Abshir throws a hook but Snow blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Snow dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Yunus Abshir's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Abshir takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Snow comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Abshir takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow drops Abshir with a big knee straight up the middle! Abshir is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet! Abshir is still on wobbly legs! Can Snow finish him? Snow seems to be stalking Abshir here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Abshir drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
