The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mykaluskas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mykaluskas tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Petrov swivels and escapes.
Mykaluskas rushes Petrov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Petrov lands a right hook to the body.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Mykaluskas shoots for a takedown but Petrov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Petrov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Petrov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Petrov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mykaluskas swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Petrov is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Petrov drops back looking for a leg! Mykaluskas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mykaluskas manages to kick Petrov off! Petrov jumps back into Mykaluskas's guard.

Petrov drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Mykaluskas dives on top into guard.
Mykaluskas wants to pass the guard but Petrov is keeping the position.

Mykaluskas had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Petrov defends it easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Petrov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mykaluskas is just riding it out for now. Petrov eventually gives up the hold.

That was a close second round but I would say that Myke Mykaluskas will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Myke Mykaluskas.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mykaluskas, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
