The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vedder darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Vedder wants to take a breather but Goon is having none of it.
Vedder is really struggling to control Goon but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Kurt Vedder has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Goon looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Goon maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Vedder could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Goon has cracked it and Vedder is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Goon!
