Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carol Bogart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suezo Angelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carol Bogart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Suezo Angelo! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bogart tries to bum rush Angelo with a series of wild strikes but Angelo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Angelo is defended easily by Bogart. Bogart looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Angelo with a poor takedown and Bogart decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Angelo's guard. Bogart trying to control the position from guard on top but Angelo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bogart trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Angelo looking to control.
Angelo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bogart postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Angelo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bogart gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bogart working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bogart with a flurry of punches that miss. Bogart content to stall in guard here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Angelo can do anything to dispel that myth. Bogart wants to pass the guard but Angelo is keeping the position. Angelo is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Angelo pushes Bogart off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Bogart throws a body punch but Angelo moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bogart closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bogart throwing shots but missing, from side control. Bogart working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bogart wants to control but Angelo is keeping him busy. Bogart in side control, throwing shots but Angelo defends. Angelo is trying to buck Bogart off. Bogart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angelo on the ground. Angelo takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! You can see the frustration on Angelo's face as Bogart controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bogart trying to control the position but Angelo is working away. Bogart tries to score with some ground and pound. Angelo controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Bogart landing strikes. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Angelo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bogart's best efforts. Bogart prevents Angelo from standing back up.
Angelo is not content to let Bogart control the position. Angelo has one foot on Bogart's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bogart. No luck with that takedown attempt from Angelo. Carol Bogart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Suezo Angelo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bogart gets a double leg takedown into Angelo's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bogart showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Angelo looking for a sweep. Not yet Angelo, not yet. Bogart throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Angelo works some decent striking defense from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bogart keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Angelo's head. Bogart looking to pass the guard. Angelo trying to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carol Bogart dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Angelo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bogart shoots in for a takedown but Angelo shows good takedown defense. Bogart is trying hard to land a takedown here. Angelo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Angelo wants to clinch up but Bogart keeps it at a distance. Angelo takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Suezo Angelo has been cut. Bogart cracks Angelo with a hook to the temple - Angelo is on wobbly legs here! Bogart swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Angelo falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Bogart wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Carol Bogart!
