Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yuki Noshikawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichigo Kurosagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yuki Noshikawa could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ichigo Kurosagi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yuki Noshikawa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ichigo Kurosagi! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kurosagi uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Noshikawa. Noshikawa swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Noshikawa throws a nice looking combination but Kurosagi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Noshikawa throws a jab but it's blocked by Kurosagi. Kurosagi dodges the punch combination from Noshikawa.
Noshikawa darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Noshikawa thows a left - swing and a miss! Yuki Noshikawa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kurosagi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Kurosagi is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kurosagi working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Noshikawa's thigh. Noshikawa counters though and makes it back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kurosagi looking to pass the guard. Kurosagi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Noshikawa manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kurosagi has Noshikawa in his guard. Kurosagi is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Noshikawa forces his way into half guard. Noshikawa trying to control the action but Kurosagi is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Noshikawa keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Kurosagi is trying to get back to full guard. Kurosagi makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kurosagi. Kurosagi wants to sweep here but Noshikawa controlling him for the moment. Noshikawa has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kurosagi had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Noshikawa is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kurosagi Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Noshikawa's back instead. Kurosagi looks gassed! Kurosagi has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Noshikawa trying to control the hands but Kurosagi won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kurosagi has got his arm under Noshikawa's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Noshikawa has spun round into Kurosagi's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
Kurosagi can't keep his opponent in guard - Noshikawa advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Noshikawa looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kurosagi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Noshikawa looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Noshikawa is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Kurosagi! Noshikawa trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kurosagi is looking to get to half guard. Noshikawa looking to control and managing it successfully. Noshikawa scoring with strikes but Kurosagi is staying in there. Noshikawa sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Kurosagi is looking to get to half guard. Noshikawa controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yuki Noshikawa dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Noshikawa throws a body punch but Kurosagi moves out of range. Yuki Noshikawa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Oh, that's a big right hand from Noshikawa and Kurosagi goes tumbling to the canvas! Noshikawa follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Kurosagi is rocked! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Kurosagi is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Noshikawa jumps into side control! Kurosagi is still in real trouble! Can Noshikawa finish him? Kurosagi tries to improve position but can't. Kurosagi looking for a sweep but Noshikawa has passed into full mount! Oh no! Noshikawa prevents Kurosagi from getting the reversal. Noshikawa tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Kurosagi seems to have recovered his senses. Noshikawa trying to control but Kurosagi is having none of it. Kurosagi is breathing heavily. Kurosagi is looking to get to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noshikawa looking to control but Kurosagi is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Kurosagi really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Noshikawa wants to control the pace but Kurosagi is squirming around nicely. Kurosagi is looking to improve his position but Noshikawa isn't that keen on the idea. Noshikawa tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kurosagi is trying desperately to improve position. Kurosagi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Kurosagi is squirming around, avoiding Noshikawa's attempts to control the action.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Yuki Noshikawa just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Noshikawa cracks Kurosagi with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Kurosagi tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Noshikawa pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Kurosagi is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yuki Noshikawa!
