The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myagi instigates a clinch.
Myagi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Krostiniguf backwards.
Myagi has Krostiniguf pressed against the cage.
Myagi has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Krostiniguf after a bit of a struggle.
Krostiniguf jumps guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Krostiniguf is looking for a triangle here but Myagi uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Myagi in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Krostiniguf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myagi swivels and escapes.

Krostiniguf is trying to pull guard but Myagi turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Myagi manages to break the clinch.
Krostiniguf shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Myagi sprawls well. Myagi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Krostiniguf gets slowly back to his feet.
Myagi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Krostiniguf looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Myagi advances to full mount.
Myagi can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Krostiniguf is looking to escape.
Carlos Myagi has got the better of the ground game so far.

Krostiniguf wants to control but Myagi is having none of it.
Krostiniguf is just holding on here. Myagi manages to take his back.
Krostiniguf is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Myagi is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Krostiniguf knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Krostiniguf for a finish.
Myagi just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Myagi has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Krostiniguf is in real trouble here. Myagi gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Krostiniguf is tapping out! Myagi wins by rear naked choke!
