23 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bill Goldberg! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goldberg swats away the attempt to clinch by Fisher. Fisher tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Goldberg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Goldberg closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fisher's guard. Fisher wants to stand and escape but Goldberg is having none of it. Fisher wants to sweep here but Goldberg controlling him for the moment. Fisher escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goldberg gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Goldberg trying to stand up but can't free himself from Fisher's guard. Fisher is trying to keep Goldberg in close.

We're going to have a standup here because Spencer Fisher wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Fisher looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Goldberg is fending him off so far but Fisher persists. Nope, Goldberg circles away and we're back to standing. Goldberg is looking to land body kicks. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fisher accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fisher landing with the ground and pound. Fisher postures up in Goldberg's guard and throws a big left but Goldberg blocks it. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Goldberg throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Fisher missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Goldberg looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fisher is one step ahead there. Goldberg is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Goldberg tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Goldberg closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fisher to the mat! Fisher manages to get full guard. Goldberg trying to control but Fisher is working from the bottom. Fisher tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Goldberg presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Fisher sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Fisher is pressing down on Goldberg's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Fisher wants to stand up but Goldberg is controlling him. Goldberg controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goldberg throws a big elbow that misses. Goldberg stands up over Fisher, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Goldberg advances to half guard. Fisher is trying to get back to full guard. Goldberg is pressing down on Fisher's thigh, looking to free his foot. Fisher is holding on for now. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Fisher is trying to stand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fisher holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Fisher regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Goldberg. Goldberg trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Fisher manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Goldberg keeping moving, preventing Fisher from controlling successfully. Fisher prevents Goldberg from getting back to his feet. Fisher throws a strike but Goldberg rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Goldberg postures up.

Fisher pushes Goldberg off and gets back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fisher fails with an attempt to clinch.

That was a close second round but I would say that Spencer Fisher will probably get the nod. That's time! Fisher's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Goldberg tries to avoid it but Fisher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Goldberg to the ground. Goldberg escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
