Kapila closes the distance and clinches up with Cruz, looking for a takedown. Kapila pushes Cruz against the cage but Cruz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kapila takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Cruz throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cruz cracks Kapila on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Kapila falls backwards against the cage. Cruz follows up with more strikes that drop Kapila to his knees. Cruz keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Kapila! This one is all over!

Jorge Cruz decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
