Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Enoch Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Geoffery Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds has chosen Mortal Kombat as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The key to victory for Enoch Thompson has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Geoffery Reynolds!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson tries a head kick but it misses.
Thompson tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Reynolds counters with a shoot takedown. Thompson fights it but they end up in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thompson wants to get back to his feet but Reynolds is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Reynolds's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Reynolds stops Thompson from standing up.
Reynolds controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Thompson has control of Reynolds's left arm, preventing Reynolds from doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Enoch Thompson.
Reynolds has managed to clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Thompson is fighting off a takedown attempt but Reynolds is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Thompson to the mat. Thompson regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Reynolds is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Thompson wants to sweep here but Reynolds controlling him for the moment.
Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Thompson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Geoffery Reynolds has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Horrible takedown by Reynolds or perhaps it was just good defense by Thompson which made him look bad.
Thompson misses with a head kick.
Thompson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Reynolds fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Thompson catches Reynolds with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Enoch Thompson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Thompson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reynolds.
Thompson wants to clinch up but Reynolds keeps it at a distance.
Thompson tries a head kick but it misses.
Thompson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Reynolds moves out of range of the strikes.
Reynolds throws a jab but it's blocked by Thompson.
Reynolds blocks a head kick by Thompson.
Reynolds tries for a takedown but Thompson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Enoch Thompson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Geoffery Reynolds.
Thompson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Reynolds changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Thompson fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Reynolds takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Reynolds takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Thompson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Reynolds keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Thompson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Thompson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Reynolds counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Thompson wants to stand back up but Reynolds manages to pass into side control.
Thompson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Reynolds on the ground.
Reynolds is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Thompson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Reynolds gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Thompson is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Reynolds lets go of the hold and Thompson can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Geoffery Reynolds was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
