Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Stevenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Szalony Grek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacob Stevenson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Szalony Grek! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stevenson avoids the body shot from Grek.
Grek jabs Stevenson to the body, keeping him at a distance. Stevenson drives through with a takedown into guard. Stevenson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Stevenson sitting in guard here, content to control. Stevenson content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Stevenson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stevenson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Grek works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Stevenson gets to his feet. Grek looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Szalony Grek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stevenson misses with an uppercut. Grek saw that one coming. A decent looking body kick lands there for Grek. Grek lands a jab. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stevenson is defended easily by Grek.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grek lands a jab to the nose. Grek thuds his right hand into Stevenson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Grek lets loose with a powerful body kick. Stevenson will feel that in the morning. Stevenson gets a double leg takedown into Grek's guard. Stevenson with a flurry of punches that miss. Stevenson advances to half guard. Stevenson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Stevenson gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Grek lands a slapping body shot.

Stevenson takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Grek lands a nice looking body shot.
Stevenson throws a head kick that misses. Grek connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Stevenson's hands. Stevenson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Grek's half guard. Stevenson decides to stand and escape the position. Stevenson instigates a clinch. Stevenson blocks a body shot from Grek. Grek misses with a punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevenson misses with a knee strike.
Grek is looking to break free of the clinch but Stevenson has double underhooks. Stevenson jumps into guard, dragging Grek to the mat.
Stevenson is pulling down on Grek's head to control his posture. Stevenson working for a triangle but Grek defends it easily.
Stevenson throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stevenson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Stevenson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Grek! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stevenson looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jacob Stevenson dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Stevenson shoots in for a double leg but Grek sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Grek throws a front kick that sends Stevenson stumbling back into the cage. Grek throws out a powerful jab. Grek connects with an inside leg kick. Grek stuns Stevenson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Grek lands with a nice body punch. Grek connects with a solid leg kick. Stevenson takes one to the side of the head.

Grek slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. A shot to the liver by Grek. Beautiful body shot. A head kick misses from Stevenson. Grek connects with a solid leg kick. Grek stuffs the takedown. Grek getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Grek connects with an inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grek lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Stevenson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Stevenson is looking to work some ground and pound but Grek has wrist control. Stevenson stands up from guard. Let's bang! Grek scores with a body shot.
Stevenson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Stevenson lands in his opponent's guard. Grek can't keep his opponent in guard - Stevenson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevenson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Jacob Stevenson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stevenson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Grek really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stevenson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevenson sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stevenson controlling from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stevenson looking to ground and pound but Grek is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jacob Stevenson dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Good shot there by Grek. Stevenson takes a shot right to the bread basket. Nice body kick there by Grek. Stevenson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Grek sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Jacob Stevenson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Stevenson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Grek as he jumps to the side. Stevenson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Grek thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Stevenson if he has to take too many more of those.
Szalony Grek seems to be getting the better of the standup. Grek throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Stevenson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grek tries to avoid it but Stevenson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grek to the ground. Grek escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jacob Stevenson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Grek connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. A jab lands there for Grek. An inside leg kick lands from Grek. Grek lands with a hook. Stevenson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Grek has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Grek bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Stevenson's head. Grek connects with a looping right hand.

Stevenson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Grek did well to prevent Stevenson getting side control. Stevenson working Grek over with strikes. Grek blocking the ground and pound attempt from Stevenson. Stevenson working over Grek with some ground and pound. Grek looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Stevenson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Stevenson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Szalony Grek has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevenson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Stevenson sitting and controlling from the half guard. Grek wants to improve his position but Stevenson is controlling well.

We're going to have a standup here because Jacob Stevenson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Stevenson gets a takedown into half guard. Stevenson passes the guard and advances to mount! Stevenson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Grek has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stevenson content just to control the position here. Stevenson throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
And that's the end of the fight! Jacob Stevenson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Stevenson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
