The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Blood.
Lowe throws a right and a left that Blood avoids nicely.
Lowe defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Blood.
Nicky Lowe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Blood fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lowe avoids it really well and circles away.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Lowe stalks Blood and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Blood's face. Blood staggers backwards, shaken.
Lowe scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
The fighters circling - Lowe throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Blood lands a nice short elbow.
Lowe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Blood can do to turn this around?

Lowe tries to lock up and control but Blood gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Blood swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!

A determined Zen Blood didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
