Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zach Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Loow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zach Xavier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Andy Loow!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loow swats away the attempt to clinch by Xavier.
Loow fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Loow shoots in looking for a takedown. Xavier tries to sprawl out of it but Loow keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Xavier manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Xavier avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Xavier throws a head kick that misses.

Xavier shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Loow is trying to defend but Xavier finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Xavier is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Xavier wants to work for an arm triangle but Loow is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Xavier is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Loow defends it well.
Xavier not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Xavier is taking a breather. Loow says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Loow is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Xavier throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Loow to regain full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xavier tries to stand but Loow is controlling from the bottom.

Loow wants to sweep but no luck.
Xavier throws a strike but Loow rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Loow tries to stand but Xavier is controlling from the bottom.
Loow with a flurry of punches that miss.
Xavier avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Xavier is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Loow is controlling him.

Loow is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Xavier might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Xavier tries to escape but Loow is in control.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Loow stands up and beckons Xavier to his feet.
Xavier could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Loow is looking to clinch.
Horrible takedown by Loow or perhaps it was just good defense by Xavier which made him look bad.
Zach Xavier has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Loow.

Loow shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Xavier napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Xavier is trying to get back to half guard.

Xavier is trying desperately to improve position.

Loow is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Xavier can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Loow gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

A close round but Andy Loow will probably get the nod.

Xavier gets caught flat footed, as Loow shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Xavier had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Loow defends it easily.

Xavier looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Loow puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Xavier is looking for a sweep. Loow is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Xavier wants to control but Loow is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Loow looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Loow stops Xavier from getting back to his feet.

Xavier is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Loow pulls his head out easily.

Loow goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Xavier keeps the fight on the outside.
Loow tries to score a power double leg takedown but Xavier sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Loow somewhat.

Loow on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Xavier wants to take a breather but Loow is having none of it.
Loow is looking to improve his position.
Xavier knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Loow on the ground.

Xavier tries to stand but can't do so whilst Loow controls his leg.
Xavier is looking to advance position but Loow won't allow it.
Loow is looking for a sweep. Xavier is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Loow manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Xavier throws a head kick but Loow moves out of range.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Xavier is trying hard to land a takedown here. Loow sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Loow throws out a leg kick but Xavier moves out of range and Loow only half commits.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Loow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Xavier's waist but Xavier gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Loow off to one side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Andy Loow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Loow is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Xavier has his hands clasped together but Loow extends an breaks Xavier's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Loow.
