Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Belmsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belmsley comes to the cage accompanied by Im Coming Home. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Belmsley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Mac Jonson! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belmsley stuffs the takedown attempt from Jonson. Jonson gets slowly back to his feet. Nice sprawl there from Belmsley as Jonson shoots in. Belmsley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jonson throws a combination that misses and Belmsley counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Belmsley lands the left hand. Jonson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Belmsley counters with a one-two to the body. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jonson. Joe Belmsley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mac Jonson. A combination from Belmsley does no damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belmsley gets caught flat footed, as Jonson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Jonson looks gassed! Belmsley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jonson passes into half guard under a barage of strikes. Belmsley wants to sweep but Jonson has passed to side control! Belmsley tries to strike but it doesn't land. Belmsley is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Belmsley lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Jonson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Belmsley tries to bench press Jonson off him but Jonson keeps the position. Belmsley tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Jonson presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Jonson is in the full mount, landing strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jonson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Belmsley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Belmsley is looking to get to half guard. Belmsley swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jonson prevents Belmsley from getting the reversal. Belmsley is bucking up trying to escape but Jonson cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Belmsley has left one of his arms exposed and Jonson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Belmsley screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
