Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nonito Donaire Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kanbu Uechi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donaire Jr comes into the arena with Enter Sandman blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nonito Donaire Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kanbu Uechi!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donaire Jr fakes the leg kick and cracks Uechi in the body.
Uechi shoots in looking for a takedown. Donaire Jr tries to sprawl out of it but Uechi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Donaire Jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Uechi misses with a takedown attempt
and Donaire Jr counters with a shoot takedown. Uechi fights it but they end up in guard.
Donaire Jr has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Uechi is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Donaire Jr frees his head nicely. Oh but Uechi has switched to an armbar! Donaire Jr is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
